Customer-Responsible Shipping

• Customers pay return shipping, unless item is faulty or sent in error

• Use a trackable service — we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise

Exchanges

• Exchanges allowed for size/colour if in stock

• Customer pays return shipping unless faulty or sent incorrectly

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Report within 7 days with a photo

• Full refund or replacement provided at no extra cost
